TRICK DOG CLASS
New Class is starting at 6 p.m. Monday, January 26th. 2026
For more information and to sign up, Email Melody Newberry at:
This class will cover Novice and Intermediate levels, as well as an introduction to Virtual Home Manners. Dogs should be six months old and have basic manners on leash. Please bring your shot records to the first class. Melody will be teaching and testing tricks at the NOVICE and Intermediate Levels
AKC new titles for: Trick Dog and Virtual Home Manners. The Novice Trick Dog test requires the dog to perform 10 tricks but a CGC title counts as five (at Novice level). Dogs with a CGC can quickly move on and work at the Intermediate title.
This is an introductory class so no prior experience is necessary, but it would be beneficial if the dogs already know basics like sit, down and work on a flat collar and leash.
NOTE: Melody is available to do "virtual testing" for your Trick Dog title and/or Virtual Home Manners
